Our HQ is based in Cardiff and although we have a fantastic venue in Cardiff we also have entertainers all over the UK and abroad ready to travel to your own venue or booked accommodation

See our reviews here!  Our best feature is an easy online booking system with the option to receive the entertainer of your choice afterwards.  Most other agencies will show you pictures of models on their website and while you think you get that gorgeous entertainer, they will send somebody completely different.  We are one of the only entertainment agencies that will send you the entertainer you book


Do You Organise Accommodation or Vehicle Hire?

We don’t arrange these I'm afraid as its easier and cheaper for the customer book them directly first and then book the entertainers through our website afterwards but we recommend that you check with us first whether we have entertainers in those tricky rural areas


Pre-Booking

How Far In Advance Should We Book?

It's advisable to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and activities. However, we understand that last-minute plans happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate your group, even with short notice.


Do I need an exact group size to book?

No – We only need to know an estimated group size at the time of booking. If this changes, you can alter your booking yourself up to 14 days prior


How much is the deposit?

Most of our bookings require a single £50 deposit for the whole group. All bookings are made online, just click on the 'Book Now' button on the page


You Offer So Much!  What Entertainment Should I Book?

Send us an email outlining the type of party you are booking, amount of guests, type of venue and we will gladly provide you with some great ideas


What if I want to book more than one form of entertainment?

Most of our buttons have entertainment add-on options so if you are visiting one of our website pages and click on the 'Book Now' button you can then add on more entertainment with the same entertainers that are visiting your property.  Please note that if you would like different entertainers, you will need to book each entertainment separately without using the add-on options or you can choose our Bespoke Package deposit instead and we will arrange the rest


When can I choose my entertainers?

We usually send out a job post to our entertainers around 4 weeks prior to an event.  Then 48 hours later we will send you images/profiles to choose from.  Please note - even though we strive to send the entertainers of your choice, there is the odd occasion where an entertainer may fall ill or need to swap with another entertainer last minute which is out of our control.  We can guarantee that all of our entertainers are beautiful people, great entertainers, professional and fun.  99% of the time you will get at least one of the entertainers of your choice if not all of your choices depending on how many entertainers you have booked.


Numbers Decrease

This will only effect your booking if you are booking certain activities ie. life drawing, dance parties, etc.  You have up to 14 days before your booking to make changes however some bookings will require a minimum final balance payment even if your numbers drop, ie. if a certain entertainer booked requires a specific wage for harder to cover areas but you will be informed of this via email after making your booking and choosing your entertainer


Post-Booking

What happens after I have paid the deposit?

You will receive an immediate confirmation email which outlines what happens next and if there are any requirements, depending on the type of entertainment you have booked.  Otherwise locate the website page for the entertainment you booked where it will also show information on whats included


What is the Customer Login area?

This is where you can log into your own customer account to view your booking or make changes


Can I change my group size?

If you need to change your group size 14 days or less before a booking please contact us by email. If the group is increasing, we may need to check availability. If you group size is decreasing, we need to make sure you meet the minimum group size


When do I need to pay the final balance?

Your final balance is usually paid cash on arrival to the entertainer/s unless stated when following our easy booking process.  Some package bookings require final balance to be paid 14 days prior to a booking


What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change and your event manager will try and help with the situation. Please read through our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions


Can we make a major change after the deposit is paid?

If you need to make a major change like the date of an event, time of an event or destination, most changes can be made free of charge 14 days or more before your event.  14 days or less there is a £25 admin fee.  Please note that if you have chosen entertainers and they are unable to make the new changes, the £25 admin fee will be required to send out another job post to check availability and book new entertainers in even if your booking is 14 days or more before the event


When will I hear from my entertainer/s?

Our entertainers are provided with your contact details 48 hours before an event (if not earlier) but they usually make contact around midday for an evening booking or the day before if your booking is early hours or the next morning.  If you haven't heard from them by these times, please text us on 07450 891479 or 07897 851153 so we can chase them up and prompt them to make contact with you


While on Your Event

Is there an out of hours emergency number?

Our emergency contact number is 07450 891479 or 07897 851153 however we are only able to answer calls within reasonable daytime office hours which is why we ask you to make sure that you have spoken with your entertainer during the daytime and made sure you have their contact number to discuss any finer details.  If you do need to call us because you have an issue with your booking, we will try to help the best we can but if a situation is beyond our control please be respectful and mindful to our staff at all times.


Can I make last minute changes?

If you need to make last minute changes on the day, we recommend speaking directly with your entertainer/s to avoid incurring any admin fees as you will already have their details to discuss.  If they are unable to alter their timings because of other jobs please note that these original entertainers will still need payment for the work as per our cancellation policy.  We may be able to make the changes subject to the £25 admin fee if we are able to provide different entertainers at the new venue / time, etc.


Could a new guest come along on the day?

Yes so long as your booking doesn't require a minimum or maximum amount of persons.  Each booking will outline this information during our booking process


What happens if the weather is bad?

Most bookings are indoors but if you have specifically booked entertainers to attend an outdoor event you must make sure you have alternative arrangements in place if the weather changes.  Make sure you have a backup plan like a large tent or marquee or can move to an inside area nearby but please see last minute changes as listed above.  Also if the weather temperature changes dramatically our entertainers have the right to ask to wear warmer clothing if they have to stay outdoors or please make sure to have heaters available to them


What will happen if our group arrives late?

We have 100’s of events booked in every week. If you are late starting, we cannot guarantee you extra time at the end of the session to make up for it. Our instructors/­event co-ordinators will still try to help make it enjoyable.  If an entertainer is unable to wait, I'm afraid they will still need paying and if they are unable to obtain payment in person, the customers payment card will be automatically charged to enable us to pay the entertainer/s at a later date.  If we are unable to obtain payment, the customer will be passed on to a collections agency


What happens if my entertainer doesn't show up?

Most of the time our entertainers are punctual and do turn up but in some cases, if this does happen unfortunately there isn't much we can do last minute, especially if your booking is in a rural area or you have booked unique entertainment with limited entertainers already available for that type of job.  We can try to help if its not too late and one of our team is available to answer your call but if you can't get hold of us and you are able to book entertainment with another company, we will refund your deposit in full and apologise on Monday when our offices are back open again so please bear with us
