  • Temporary parking facilities must be made available as close as possible to the entertainment area.  If an entertainer is told to park in a certain area and receives a ticket, the organiser will be liable to pay this ticket
  • If the function is held in a marquee on a grassed area, adequate dry access to the entertainment area must be made available
  • The entertainer will not, under any circumstances, carry equipment through or over muddy, frozen, saturated or dangerous slippery surfaces
  • The entertainer will require adequate washing and changing facilities prior to the function
  • The entertainer would appreciate food and refreshments prior to the start of the function and/or during the break in any sets
  • Adequate lighting must be supplied to the entertainer area to enable set-up and take down
  • The client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.  Should this be provided via a generator, it must be regulated
  • Guests, food and drink must be kept away from the entertainer's equipment
  • Children must not be allowed to enter the area at any time
  • The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the customer reasonably requires
  • Should The Client have a complaint or problem before or during the function, they must make this known to the entertainer immediately on the night. Complaints from any other guests will be disregarded
  • If The Client is not happy with the entertainer that has showed up, The Client must discuss this directly with the entertainer on arrival whether they would like them to continue with the booking or to leave. Or if The Client thinks the entertainer/s did not deliver the service booked or provide a suitable alternative service discussed in person, it is up to The Client to discuss any grievances directly with the entertainer/s at the booking and not afterwards. Our agency is unable to obtain any monies given to the entertainer/s after the customer has handed this over. Deposits are non-refundable unless the entertainer/s did not show up
  • The entertainer warrants that all equipment is in good working order, and fit for its purpose, and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the entertainer or any other person/s
  • Entertainers will require time to take down and remove all equipment from the venue
  • Should our entertainer be assaulted or feel harassed, they have the right to stop the entertainment immediately, leave the premises and/or contact the local police authorities if required.  The entertainers fee is still payable and will not be refunded even if their entertainment has been cut short
  • Our entertainers provide and use a variation of props and products.  It is up to The Client to discuss and brief the entertainer before they start and to notify them of any allergies or any acts and props they would like (or not like) the entertainer to perform/use
  • Twisted Hen & Stag Parties cannot be held liable or accountable to acts of nature, terrorism or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control
  • If the organiser and entertainer make any changes to a booking including date or time, this will be classed as an amended contract between both parties.  Should the organiser then choose to cancel the booking after this amendment has been changed and within our 14 day cancellation policy, the entertainer is still liable to receive a partial payment of 50% of the agreed cash payment that was due on arrival
  • Twisted Hen & Stag Parties will never pass or distribute any client's personal or financial information to any third party as in compliance with the 1984 & 1998 UK Data Protection Acts.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless in cases where our performer does not show up
  • By booking an entertainer via Twisted Hen & Stag Parties, you are thus affirming to the Terms and Conditions as aforementioned
